CONDITION REPORTS

All lots are made available for inspection/viewing before each sale. No reference is made as to the condition of any item in the catalogue, but this does not imply that it is free of faults or restoration. The condition of the Lot or Lots can vary widely due to factors such as age, previous damage, restoration, repair and wear and tear. Their nature and age mean that they will rarely be in perfect condition. All the Lots are sold ‘as is’, in the condition they are in at the time of the sale, without any representation or warranty or assumption of liability of any kind as to condition by Victor Mee Auctioneers or by the seller.

All lots are sold with all faults, imperfections and errors of description and the Auctioneer and its employees, servants or agents shall not be responsible for any error of description or for the condition or authenticity of any lot.
